1. What Hajiri is
Hajiri is an independent, student-built dashboard that fetches your attendance, timetable, and subject data from the NSUT IMS portal and presents it with analytics, notifications, and other tools. Hajiri is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to NSUT. The IMS portal remains the official source of record for your attendance.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be a current NSUT student with valid IMS credentials to use Hajiri.
- You may only sign in with your own IMS credentials. Using someone else's credentials, even with their permission, is not allowed.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account.
- One account per student. Creating multiple accounts to abuse trials or referrals is prohibited.
4. Hajiri Pro subscription
- Plans and pricing. Hajiri Pro is a paid subscription. Current plans and prices are shown on the payment page before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details.
- Duration. Each plan grants access for the period shown at checkout (for example one month or one year) starting from successful payment. Plans do not auto-renew unless the checkout page says so. When a plan ends, your account reverts to the free tier or loses Pro features until you subscribe again.
- Trials. We may offer free trials. A trial ends automatically and does not charge you. Trial terms may change or be withdrawn at any time.
- Refunds. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
- Price changes. We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
5. Referral programme
Hajiri may offer referral rewards. Rewards are credited only for genuine new users who sign in with their own IMS credentials. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referral, spam, or any other abuse, and may change or end the programme at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access another student's data.
- Scrape, copy, resell, or redistribute Hajiri or the data it provides, except for your own personal use.
- Interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or the IMS portal, including by sending excessive requests.
- Reverse engineer, bypass, or tamper with subscription, trial, or referral checks.
- Use Hajiri for any unlawful purpose or in violation of NSUT's own policies.
7. MCP and API access
If you connect a third-party AI assistant or tool to Hajiri through our MCP server or API, you are responsible for that tool and for any tokens you issue to it. We may rate-limit or revoke access that we believe is abusive.
8. Accuracy and availability
Hajiri depends on the IMS portal, which we do not control. IMS may be slow, change its layout, or go offline, and our parsing may occasionally get something wrong. Data in Hajiri is provided as is for your convenience. Always verify important figures, such as attendance shortfalls, against IMS before making decisions that depend on them.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
9. Intellectual property
The Hajiri name, logo, design, and code are owned by us. Your academic data remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to fetch, store, process, and display it to you as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Hajiri and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or put other users or the IMS portal at risk. Where an account is terminated for a breach, no refund is due.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hajiri is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including academic consequences arising from inaccurate or unavailable data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
